Virginia Farms at Frying Pan Park

*Registration Required*

Special Event featuring Pocket Farms at Frying Pan Park

I will be presenting during the Virginia Farms series about the background of Pocket Farms, where we're going this year, how you can be involved, AND sharing some spring vegetable samples! Come see some awesome pictures of the farm and hear some behind the scenes stories. Register below.

Details from the event page:

Agriculture is big business in Virginia. It’s our state’s largest industry. This adult lecture series at Frying Pan Farm Park features local farmers in the Fairfax County area. Each session includes a personalized, 45-minute presentation from farmers explaining why they chose farming as a profession, what they produce and how you can support local farmers. After the presentation, sample the fruits of their labor as we socialize and learn more about the impact of supporting local agriculture.

The program cost is $10 per session. For more information, call 703-437-9101.
